In this session, we cover points such as:

  • Why it’s important to stand up for your health.
  • Ideas for how to ‘take a stand’.
  • Fun desk exercises.

Structure

Delivered either face-to-face or virtually, this 1-hour session combines evidence-based education with interactive learning through Q&A, group discussion, and participant engagement activities to support knowledge sharing and discussion.
