Description

Sexual harassment is unacceptable in any context – whether in the workplace or elsewhere.

This programme is designed to provide participants with an understanding of what constitutes sexual harassment in the workplace and its impact on individuals. It invites participants to consider the different scale of inappropriate sexual harassment in the workplace, and some of the myths surrounding sexual harassment.

The training empowers all staff to play a role to build and maintain workplaces that are safe and respectful.
