Description

Leaders have an obligation to safeguard workplaces from workplace hazards such as exposure to trauma that may result in psychological stress and burnout.

This session will guide leaders with some practical strategies for building and maintain resilience to minimise the adverse impact of vicarious trauma and compassion fatigue for all employees.

Through this workshop, participants will come to a shared understanding of how vicarious trauma and compassion fatigue impact individuals within the workplace. Leaders will be equipped with strategies on how to respond to staff experiencing symptoms.
