Modules and Courses

This practical course bundle builds emotional intelligence, coaching skills, resilience, and mental health awareness—essential tools for leaders and employees alike. Each session is designed to spark growth, support wellbeing, and foster adaptable, high-performing teams ready for whatever comes next.

Course 1: Authentic Leadership

Authentic Leadership creates meaningful relationships while maintaining transparency and ethical values, which leads to more effective and sustainable organisational outcomes. Our Developing Authentic Leadership session explores how leaders can cultivate genuine, values-based leadership practices that drive organisational success.

The session focuses on the four key dimensions of authentic leadership: self-awareness (understanding one’s strengths, weaknesses), relational transparency (presenting one’s genuine self), balanced processing (objectively analysing information before making decisions), and internalised moral perspective (self-regulation based on internal values).

Participants learn practical strategies around self-reflection, communicating openly and honestly, practicing vulnerable communication, building trust and aligning actions with personal values.

Course 2: Coaching for Growth

Workplace coaching has the potential to unlock significant employee growth and development, yet many leaders shy away from these coaching conversations due to a lack of time and experience, or believe they are when they are actually telling their employees what to do. Leaders who effectively coach their team members see increased commitment and performance and attainment of goals.

This session is designed to challenge leaders to embrace coaching conversations and to think about asking powerful, reflective questions. The beauty of coaching is that leaders do not need to have the answers in order to be effective; instead they need to know how to empower others to develop skills, abilities and goals.

Leaders will learn a model for workplace coaching which can be applied across a range of settings and will encourage team members to gain personal insight and growth.

Course 3: Resilient Leadership

A leader plays an important part in role modelling resilience. Not only can resilience enhance the capabilities of a leader, but it can also have an impact on the productivity and wellbeing of employees.

To build resilience, a leader must be able to first identify their own stress response to adversity and develop adaptive responses while supporting their team members to adopt similar healthy coping strategies.

This session reviews how leaders can develop and implement practical strategies for building resilience within a team environment to boost productivity and wellbeing.

Course 4: Supporting Individual Mental Health in the Workplace as a Leader

Research has shown that leaders can be more influential to the state of an employee’s mental health than their own therapist or treating health practitioner.

Rather than seeing this as an added pressure, leaders may take this as a rich opportunity to assess areas for growth and ensure they are doing all that they can to provide a supporting and understanding environment with respect to individual differences, and their mental health needs.

This programme aims to increase leader’s awareness of common mental health conditions they may come across in the workplace, develop an understanding of what good mental health looks like, and confidence to explore how mental health plays a part in the workplace functionality. It provides an opportunity for attendees to recognise and explore their role, and the impacts this may have on the wellbeing of staff.
