This workshop is designed to engage participants’ in considering what emotional intelligence means to them as a leader.
It teaches participants to cultivate a sense of self-awareness and develop self-regulation strategies that not only benefit themselves, but be able to model these behaviours to those in their sphere of influence.
Finally, this workshop encourages attendees to explore different communication styles, and to consider ways in which empathy plays a vital role in having conversations in an emotionally intelligent way.
