Description

The current statistics on domestic and family violence highlight that, as a nation, we have a serious problem. Domestic violence has a significant negative impact on employee and family wellbeing and workplace productivity. While there is no easy solution, providing education programs, resources and support can reduce the incidence of violence against girls and women.

Working parents and carers can play a significant role in supporting the prevention of violence against girls and women. Resourcing employees reduces parental stress so they can succeed at home and be more focussed and productive at work. Workplace programs that support working parents and their families to thrive, nurture a family-friendly workplace culture.

Designed for working parents and carers raising children aged toddler to teenager.
