Course 1: Leading Through Change – TELUS Health Learning

Change is inevitable for maintaining organisational competitiveness and thriving in the global marketplace. As a leader, you play a critical role in communicating and driving this change within your organisation.

Leading change involves not just managing the implementation of change but also guiding the transitions that people undergo as a result. It is essential for leaders to understand and embrace their role in facilitating a successful transition.

This programme is designed to challenge leaders to think beyond merely managing change and focus on leading it. Leaders will learn a model for effectively communicating and guiding change, encouraging team members to adapt their mindsets and behaviours to ensure successful implementation.

Course 2: Navigating Change – TELUS Health Learning

Change can spur creativity, growth and development, but it can also instil feelings of uncertainty.

All employees will go through a psychological process to come to terms with organisational change which will impact thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviours. Navigating Change effectively requires employees to acknowledge what’s changing and what’s being left behind, accurately assess what the new future will look like and actively accept the change and identify new skills needed to successfully move forward.

This session challenges learners to consciously adopt a change ready, growth mindset and explores strategies for that all employees can adopt to successfully navigate the change.

Resetting after change is a crucial process that involves adapting to new realities and restoring a sense of stability in our lives.
