Description

Neurodiversity in the Workplace for Employees is designed to promote understanding, acceptance, and inclusivity for individuals with neurodivergent traits. Participants will gain insights into different neurodivergent conditions and the unique strengths and challenges associated with each.

The workshop will provide practical tools and resources to help employees better understand and communicate with their neurodivergent colleagues, fostering collaboration, productivity, and overall well-being.

By embracing neurodiversity, this workshop will support participants in taking an active role in creating a workplace culture that celebrates the diverse talents and contributions of all employees.

Availability

All of our Learning programs are available in English and French. Local languages may be available for an additional fee.

Objectives

Through this session, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the concept of neurodiversity and common neurodivergent conditions such as autism, ADHD and dyslexia.
  • Recognize the value and strengths that neurodiverse individuals bring to the workplace.
  • Learn effective communicative strategies and tools to promote positive interactions and collaboration with neurodiverse colleagues.
  • Identify and challenge common misconceptions and biases surrounding neurodiversity in order to promote a more inclusive and supportive work environment for all employees
