Description

Employees are looking for more supportive workplaces and leaders are on the front-line of providing that support. Your new and emerging leaders need to be equipped with the foundations of supportive leadership to drive high performing teams in today’s complex world.

Our 6-month Introduction to supportive leadership Learning Journey offers ongoing progression and professional development for emerging, new, and front-line leaders. Delivered as a monthly series over six months, it focuses on the key issues impacting leaders in their daily roles. The Journey enhances the confidence and capability of your leaders to build mentally healthy teams.

What it includes:

  • Six, 1-Hour, evidence-based programs that address key supportive leadership themes.
  • Ongoing progression and professional development for emerging, new, and mid-level leaders.
  • Flexible delivery either virtually via webinar, or in-person (where available).

This Learning Journey is made up of six learning sessions designed to be delivered sequentially over a six-month period:
