Description

This workshop focuses on raising awareness across the entire organisation. It introduces chronic illness as a normal yet often invisible part of the workforce, affecting over 30% of employees.

By opening up the conversation, we create a safer space for employees with chronic conditions to feel validated and seen, while giving people leaders a greater understanding of how chronic illness affects work.
This session is not just about inclusion and wellbeing—it is about recognising chronic illness as a core part of the everyday workforce experience. By shifting the narrative around illness at work, we move towards an empowering, collaborative, and professional environment where everyone can flourish.

The session will provide insights, tools, and strategies to create sustainable practices and foster meaningful conversations within your organisation.
