Description

Critical incidents are an unfortunate part of life. Evidence has found that the psychological impact following a critical incident needs to be addressed. These events can affect people differently and it can be difficult to know what to do and how to help.

Evidence has found that the psychological impact following a critical incident such as a disaster needs to be addressed as quickly as possible. Leaders are instrumental in ensuring individuals have access to available supports and are continuously supported as they reintegrate back into the workplace, post-incident.

Our programme aims to educate leaders about the varying responses and reactions to trauma, how to normalise these reactions and how to empower individuals with practical strategies and support options. This approach supports leaders to deal with the impact, enable post traumatic incident growth and bolster organisations to assist their teams when a critical incident occurs.
