Preparing for parental leave is both an exciting time and a busy time.  Understanding leave entitlements, preparing for the handover at work and navigating the many changes at home can be quite daunting. However, employees who take the time to get organised are better able to manage the transition to parental leave and make the most of their time at home before their return to work.

This webinar is designed for employees intending to take parental leave or currently in the early days of parental leave. When organisations provide their employees with support and resources to manage the transition to parental leave, it reduces employee stress with the handover and helps them to succeed at work. and at home. Workplace programs that support working parents and their families to thrive, nurture a family-friendly workplace culture.
