  • Working Parents

Description

In today’s fast-paced world with many in a hybrid work environment, managing work and family can be stressful and challenging. However, with a little planning and organisation, working parents and carers can navigate the day-to-day activities with greater success.

In this session developed by family wellbeing expert, Dr Rosina McAlpine, working parents are given tools to create a family plan with examples of workable routines and schedules to better navigate work and family life for the whole family!

When employees succeed at home, they are more focussed and productive at work. Workplace programs that support working parents and their families to thrive, nurture a family-friendly workplace culture.

Designed for working parents and carers raising children aged toddler to teenager.
