Description

Today’s children are confronted with many unhealthy choices having a negative impact on their physical wellbeing and leading to poor long-term health outcomes. Our fast-food culture and sedentary screentime lifestyle have led to an increasing number of children becoming overweight and even obese. For society to thrive, we need children to lead long and healthy lives – yet the science warns that if parents don’t support their children to make healthy changes now, they may outlive their children. However, with so much conflicting information and advice about family wellbeing it’s hard to know what to do.

Resourcing employees reduces parental stress so they can succeed at home and be more focussed and productive at work. Workplace programs that support working parents and their families to thrive, nurture a family-friendly workplace culture.

Designed for working parents and carers raising children aged toddler to teenager.
