Description

Many working parents report that they are uninspired and overwhelmed by life – stuck on the daily treadmill of caring for family and completing work tasks. Imagine what it would be like to support busy working parents to workshop their work and family goals for more clarity and life success. When employees are clear on where they are now and where they need to go, they step into life with less self-doubt, less negative self-talk and more confidence.

For employees with caring responsibilities, the start of the year can be hectic as the school holidays come to an end and it’s time to get the kids organised and back to school and care. Once this is complete, working parents and carers can take some time to reflect and develop their personal, work and family goals so they can start the year with an inspiring vision and the strategies needed to achieve it.

Successfully navigating the many stressful demands of work and family life is never easy but a little planning and working toward meaningful professional and personal goals can support employee, workplace and family wellbeing.

In this session, working parents and carers have the opportunity to reflect on what’s working and what’s not working in their personal, family and professional lives. Workplace programs that support working parents and their families to thrive nurture a family-friendly workplace culture.

Designed for working parents and carers raising children aged toddler to teenager.
