  • Working Parents

Description

Around 1 in 5 children experience bullying in person or online. Bullying is devastating for children, extremely stressful for working parents to navigate and overtime can erode family wellbeing. Anyone who has experienced bullying knows how frightening and life-destroying it can be if it is not addressed.

Employees with caring responsibilities want to protect their children from harm but often don’t know what they can do to help their child overcome bullying online or in person.

Resourcing employees reduces parental stress so they can succeed at home and be more focussed and productive at work. Workplace programs that support working parents and their families to thrive, nurture a family-friendly workplace culture.

Designed for working parents and carers raising children aged toddler to teenager.
