Description

Resilience is a dynamic process that enables individuals to adapt to challenging situations in ways that enhance well-being and minimise the negative effects of adversity.

A key component of resilience is learning to work within the constraints of one’s environment and focusing on aspects within one’s control.

The purpose of this workshop is to help participants understand the nature of resilience and develop practical strategies to enhance resilience for themselves and their colleagues.
