Description

Mental fitness is the intentional practice of becoming aware of how we think, feel, and behave. While we know what contributes to optimal mental fitness—such as staying hydrated, exercising, eating well, and getting adequate sleep—many of us struggle to consistently practice good self-care.

There are various reasons why self-care often takes a backseat, with common excuses including “I don’t have enough time” or “I can’t commit to it.” However, to effectively support our mental health, we must turn our intentions into actions and develop a self-care plan that fits our lives.

This session will focus on strategies for maintaining mental fitness and offer practical tips for taking care of ourselves even in busy and challenging environments.
