Description

The best teams have one thing in common: leaders who make it safe for people to share new ideas, ask tough questions, and learn from mistakes without fear. Recent research reveals that psychological safety is the single most important factor that separates high-performing teams from all others – serving as the critical driver of innovation, collaboration, and performance in today’s workplace. Yet McKinsey research shows that 74% of leaders struggle to create this environment. This interactive session teaches leaders 3 essential leadership skills – backed by Harvard researcher Dr. Amy Edmondson – that will help teams perform at their best and drive real innovation.
