Description

1 in 8 people globally experience mental illness, and although anxiety and depression rates have risen 25% in recent years, many still suffer in silence due to stigma or uncertainty about seeking help. This crisis costs the global economy $1 trillion annually in lost productivity, making mental health literacy essential for every workplace. This interactive session teaches you to recognize early warning signs of declining mental health using tools such as the WHO-5 assessment, while building practical techniques to support your own wellbeing and help colleagues who may be struggling.
