Description

Successfully navigating the many stressful demands of work and family life is never easy but a little planning and an inspiring vision can make all the difference. Working toward meaningful professional and personal goals can support employee and family wellbeing and workplace success.

In this session, working parents and carers have the opportunity to reflect on what’s working and what’s not working in their personal, family and professional lives. With the step-by-step guidance from a family wellbeing facilitator, participants workshop each of the key areas of life using our “areas of life” template.

When employees succeed at home, they are more focussed and productive at work. Workplace programs that support working parents and their families to thrive nurture a family-friendly workplace culture. Imagine what it would be like to support busy working parents to workshop their work and family goals for more clarity and life success. When employees are clear on where they are now and where they need to go, they step into life with less self-doubt, less negative self-talk and more confidence.

Designed for working parents and carers raising children aged toddler to teenager.
