Description

Raising children and managing work and family can be very stressful – especially when children find it difficult to regulate their emotions, manage their thoughts and control their behaviours.  Managing emotional meltdowns, negative thoughts and challenging behaviours has a negative impact on family life. Resourcing working parents and carers with practical strategies to help children learn how to eat well, exercise, get enough rest, manage their emotions and gain the knowledge and skills they need to navigate the world safely and happily supports employees to better manage the many demands of work and family life.

The aim is that overtime, parents and carers “do themselves out of a job” as their children learn to take care of their own physical, emotional, social and psychological wellbeing so they’re ready to leave home and lead their own lives.  This leaves parents with more time for self-care and the ability to meet the commitments of work and family.

Workplace programs that support working parents and their families to thrive, nurture a family-friendly workplace culture.

Designed for working parents and carers raising children aged toddler to teenager.
