Description

Life isn’t always easy, and working parents worry when their children experience difficult situations they can’t navigate. Stress at home can spillover into personal and professional life. Whether the challenge is a toddler having their toy snatched away by a peer at daycare or a teenager being bullied at school, at every stage of development there are challenges for children to overcome. Being resilient means that no matter what hardships life throws a child’s way, they’ll be able to manage what’s happening in a positive way, pick themselves up and bounce back better than ever! It’s stressful for parents and carers when their children struggle and they’re unsure about how to support them to handle life’s roadblocks, setbacks and difficulties.

Resourcing employees reduces parental stress so they can succeed at home and be more focussed and productive at work. Workplace programs that support working parents and their families to thrive, nurture a family-friendly workplace culture.

Designed for working parents and carers raising children aged toddler to teenager
