Description

Managing work and family can be challenging and is made even more difficult when working parents disagree on how to raise their children – whether they are living together or co-parenting from different households. While every parent or carer wants the best for their children, they may not always agree on the best way to parent. Some parents prefer to take a firmer or more authoritarian approach to raising their children, others prefer a more gentle and collaborative parenting approach. Differences in parenting styles can result in conflict between parents, confuse children and harm employee and family wellbeing.

Resourcing employees reduces parental stress so they can succeed at home and be more focussed and productive at work. Workplace programs that support working parents and their families to thrive, nurture a family-friendly workplace culture.

Designed for working parents and carers raising children aged toddler to teenager.
