Description

Parents and carers do all they can to protect their children from harm. However, life can bring major events that have a negative impact on children’s lives. Moving home, changing schools, family separation, divorce, natural disasters, the death of a family member or a loved pet or a world-wide pandemic are only some of the difficulties children face. When children experience hardships that significant events can bring, or witness horrors through the media, it is stressful and difficult for parents to navigate as children are seldom mature enough to manage challenges effectively on their own.

For employees with caring responsibilities, managing work and family effectively can be hampered when working parents are stress and unsure about how to support their children experiencing major events.

Resourcing employees reduces parental stress so they can succeed at home and be more focussed and productive at work. Workplace programs that support working parents and their families to thrive, nurture a family-friendly workplace culture.

Designed for working parents and carers raising children aged toddler to teenager.
