Description

In today’s complex and stress-filled world with so much change and uncertainty we have seen a rise in mental health challenges for both adults and children, having a negative impact on workplace and family wellbeing. Navigating work and family under these conditions can, at times, be overwhelming for employees with caring responsibilities. Managing difficulties day-in and day-out with no end in sight makes it hard for working parents to maintain a positive outlook on life and to stay focused and productive at work.

More positivity at home with children supports greater family mental and physical wellbeing, enabling employees to be more motivated, focused, and productive at work. Workplace programs that support working parents and their families to thrive, nurture a family-friendly workplace culture.

Designed for working parents and carers raising children aged toddler to teenager.

Structure

Each session supports employees to develop their knowledge and skills with:

  • A live 1-hour interactive webinar with step-by-step strategies
  • Opportunity to ask questions with a family wellbeing expert
  • Engaging with interactive elements including polls and reflective activities

After the webinar participants and their family have access to:

  • Webinar recording (for 4 weeks or the duration of 6- or 12-month webinar series)
  • Downloadable Tip Sheet with links to further resources

Each individual session can be part of a 6- or 12-month webinar series. Providing working parents with ongoing programs throughout the year, empowers employees to develop and embed sustainable wellbeing practices.
