Description

Workplace coaching has the potential to unlock significant employee growth and development, yet many leaders shy away from these coaching conversations due to lack of time and experience, or believe they are coaching when they are actually telling their employees what to do. Leaders who effectively coach their team members see increased commitment and performance and attainment of goals.

This session is designed to challenge leaders to embrace coaching conversations and to think about asking powerful, reflective questions. The beauty of coaching is that leaders do not need to have the answers in order to be effective; instead they need to know how to empower others to develop skills, abilities and goals.

Leaders will learn a model for workplace coaching with can be applied across a range of settings and will be encouraged team members to to gain personal insight and growth.
